Ok by healthy living i am not referring to just nutritional tips but i will say somethings that will also help you psychologically. I don't always maintain a healthy lifestyle (my love for pizza and ribena
can testify to that) but whenever i do, i feel the difference and i will like to share some tips with you 😉 (especially during weekends)
Drink a glass of water before breakfast
Do your devotion and speak life to your day
Clean up your environment (in the morning)
Bathe in the morning (don't be lazy about it)
Don't skip breakfast (don't do brunch)
Achieve something good
Be in control of your emotions
Avoid junk/oily food
Don't miss fruits and vegetables
Exercise for at least 30mins
Dinner shouldn't be later than 6pm (this is soooo hard ðŸ˜)
Bathe and brush your teeth before going to bed
Go to bed before 9/10pm 😒😒😒
